Is anything broken?

Measured from this server, at the moment you loaded the page — nothing here is cached. Two things it cannot check: the WebSocket upgrade itself, which needs a real handshake rather than an HTTP request, and the certificate.

Both of those are watched every ten minutes from GitHub rather than from the machine they watch, because a monitor hosted on the box it is monitoring dies with it: hub-monitor.yml.

The relay line reports a range, never an exact count. An exact live number would let anyone reloading this page watch individual people arrive and leave — which is precisely the metadata the relay exists to withhold.
